Network Delivery Project Manager - Nationwide Network & Connectivity Rollout

Outside IR35 £400 per day
Remote with some travel to sites across UK
Initial 3 months extension likely

We re looking for an experienced Network Delivery Project Manager to support a large-scale connectivity and network upgrade programme across circa 500 UK locations.
Working within a PMO environment, you'll coordinate ISP deliveries, engineering schedules, site readiness, and rollout activity to ensure successful deployment at pace.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate nationwide connectivity and network upgrades.
• Manage ISP orders, installations, and supplier engagement.
• Work with Network Architects to define site connectivity requirements.
• Coordinate engineering visits and installation schedules.
• Manage delivery blockers including wayleaves, site access, and dependencies.
• Track project plans, milestones, risks, and rollout progress.
• Ensure technical pre-requisites are completed ahead of cutovers.
• Update delivery activity within Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools.

• Experience delivering connectivity or network rollout projects.
• Strong understanding of ISPs, carriers, and UK connectivity services.
• Experience working with telecoms/network suppliers and engineering teams.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Multi-site rollout experience.
• WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, fibre, or broadband projects.
• Experience within retail or distributed-site environments.
