NHS Digital Adoption Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Adoption Specialist to support the adoption, engagement and utilisation of Ambient voice technology (AVT) across NHS services.

Working closely with clinical, operational and programme teams, you will support rollout activities, monitor adoption, identify barriers to uptake and help realise the benefits of digital ways of working.

• Outside IR35
• July 2026 start
• 100% on-site - North West

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement & Adoption: Engage with clinical, operational and programme stakeholders to support adoption activities and encourage utilisation of AVT.
• Change & Communications: Support communication and change activities, ensuring users understand programme objectives, benefits and rollout plans.
• Service Readiness: Coordinate onboarding and readiness activities, ensuring users, devices and workflows are prepared ahead of deployment.
• Training & User Support: Support users with training access, adoption guidance and issue resolution during the rollout.
• Reporting & Benefits: Monitor adoption and utilisation metrics, capture user feedback and support benefits realisation reporting.
• Risk & Continuous Improvement: Identify, escalate and support resolution of adoption, operational and service risks, while contributing to continuous improvement activities.

Required Experience

• Experience supporting digital transformation, service improvement or change initiatives within healthcare environments.
• Experience engaging with clinical, operational and programme stakeholders.
• Experience supporting technology adoption, implementation, onboarding or readiness activities.
• Experience monitoring progress, producing reports and escalating risks or issues where appropriate.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work across multiple clinical services.
