O365/MDM Senior Engineer

Role Title: O365/MDM Senior Engineer
Location: Manchester/fully onsite
Duration: 6 initial months contract
Rate: £510 per day(PAYE through Umbrella)

Job Description:
An exciting opportunity to work as part of a growing End User Services UK department supporting multiple high profile clients as part of the Capgemini portfolio. The role of o365/MDM Senior Engineer will be a forward thinking position, across a broad range of work tasks across Collaborative Systems/Applications, Standard Operating Environments using standard support Toolsets, Capgemini processes and managing the Enterprise Systems If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)

Your role
Undertaking performance monitoring, tuning, fault diagnosis, incident and request resolution including support for the team to undertake such tasks
Support and manage scheduling of Project work tasks and liaise with Project Managers to achieve planned deliverables
Automation of repeat tasks to create efficiency and remove error.
Troubleshoot with and support o365 and MDM team members to achieve BAU SLA commitments.
Produce working documentation/HLD re Toolset or service configuration.
Involvement and leadership of new IT Infrastructure projects.
Working across clients to share subject matter knowledge and experience

Your skills and experience Email System including:
M365 and Intune
Azure
End user desktop support
Office applications, including Sharepoint End user communication
Microsoft Teams
Skype Federation (not essential)
Phone handset management and configuration.
Enterprise Smart Device (ie Blackberry UEM, Android) System.
