Location: County Kildare (Hybrid: 3 days remote / 2 days onsite)
Job Type: Full-time, Fixed-term (6 months)
Salary: €19.00 per hour
Hours: 32.5 - 37.5 hours per week

Our client, located just outside of Kildare Town is looking to hire an Office Administrator on a 6 month contract ASAP. As an Office Administrator, you'll be at the heart of the business-managing bookings, engaging with customers, and ensuring every interaction is smooth and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Manage booking systems, payments, and invoicing
  • Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Assist with website updates and social media content
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Skills & Experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 3-4 years previous experience
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or sales (preferred)
  • Comfortable using email, Excel, CRM systems, and social media
  • Professional, friendly, and solution-oriented

Hybrid - 3 days remote / 2 days from office but needs to be flexible
