About the Opportunity
Our client is a professional services organization seeking an Office Support Specialist to support day-to-day office operations, facilities, and technology needs. This role plays a key part in keeping the office running smoothly and supporting employees across departments.

Office Support Specialist Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office facilities, supplies, technology, and general support needs

  • The Office Support Specialist will manage relationships with office support vendors, including building management, parking, copiers, furniture, and IT-related services

  • Coordinate office installations, upgrades, and special projects by sourcing vendors, gathering quotes, and overseeing implementation

  • Act as the on-site liaison for the managed IT provider, including ticket monitoring, scheduling visits, and basic hardware/software troubleshooting

  • The Office Support Specialist will maintain accurate inventory and records for IT equipment, supplies, and vendor contracts

  • Support employee onboarding by preparing workspaces, ordering equipment and supplies, and assisting with assigned training tasks

  • Partner with reception and administrative staff to support meetings, visitors, conference room setup, and A/V needs

  • The Office Support Specialist will provide general administrative and project support, including printing, binding, mailings, and assistance with firm events

Qualifications of the Office Support Specialist Role
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications in business, IT, or a related field preferred

  • 2-4 years of experience in office support, facilities coordination, IT support, or a similar role

  • Experience working with vendors, invoices, quotes, or service contracts preferred

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365; SharePoint experience a plus

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
