Your Role: As an Onsite IT Deskside Support Engineer, you will be the go-to person for IT support, ensuring that our team can focus on what they do best without technical hiccups. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring our IT systems run smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Provide hands-on IT support to staff, assisting with hardware and software issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain and configure desktop and laptop systems.
• Install and configure software applications.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline IT processes.
• Document issues and solutions in our support ticketing system.

• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS) and common software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Outstanding communication skills - you know how to make tech talk simple!
