The Opportunity
We are delighted to be recruiting for a Co-worker to join our PCA team at our Bristol Head Office. This is a full-time role offered on a permanent basis.
The overall purpose of this role is to provide exceptional customer focused service to both Triodos Banks' external and internal customers with a focus and commitment to meeting regulated timescales as well as team quality and performance levels. With the ultimate aim of building and deepening relationships with customers and potential customers.
You will be working in a team environment to support the completion of the teams' daily workflows, ensuring all processes and quality standard are met.
This role offers the benefits of a flexible hybrid working. This would require 2 days in our Bristol office per week, with a choice of working from home on the other days. The role will be completely office based for first 4-6 weeks for the training and induction period.
Key Responsibilities
What We are looking for
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong customer focus, excellent organisational skills, and a keen attention to detail. Previous experience in banking and administration within a regulated environment is desirable. Ideally, you will have experience working to SLAs, processing customer requests, data entry, applying banking knowledge, and conducting quality checks

What We are looking for:
In return for your hard work and expertise, you will receive a competitive full time equivalent salary of £26,228 - £27,336, depending on experience, plus access to our extensive benefits package, where most of our benefits are non-contributory.
