You will be responsible for managing multiple client projects simultaneously, coordinating internal teams and external partners, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. You will act as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and external collaborators, ensuring that goals are clearly translated into actionable tasks. Accountabilities:

• Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple e-commerce client accounts
• Translate client goals into actionable tasks, milestones, and dependencies
• Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues
• Coordinate internal teams, freelancers, and strategic partners to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain and enforce SOPs and standardized processes across projects
• Prepare status updates, progress reports, and assist in client communications as needed
• Recommend process improvements, tools, and automations to increase operational efficiency
• Support onboarding of new clients and team members, and handle ad hoc operational tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or account coordination
• Experience with e-commerce brands or e-commerce marketing agencies
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Familiarity with paid media, email marketing, CRO, or general e-commerce workflows
• Understanding of agency delivery models, client expectations, and SLAs
• Ability to work in US time zones, Monday to Friday (8 hours/day), including previous overnight or graveyard shift experience
