Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for an Operations Specialist opportunity in Hialeah, FL (Hybrid). Responsibilities for an Operations Specialist include but are not limited to:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for high revenue clients in the LATAM (Brazil) Client Servicing department via email and phone
  • Read, analyze, and resolve client inquiries related to treasury, cash management, card, and depository products
  • Partner with internal business teams to research issues, provide resolutions, and offer technical support
  • Maintain accurate documentation, ensure quality assurance, and manage multiple requests while meeting service level expectations
Candidates for Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent oral and written communication, active listening, and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with clients
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of banking or financial industry experience
  • 1+ year of customer service or client-facing experience
  • Experience with relationship building, collaboration, and quality-focused environments
What's in this Operations Specialist position for you?
  • Pay: $22.12 per hour
  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
    • Training: 120 days, 100% onsite (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST)
    • Post training: Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
    • Role follows Brazil business hours and holidays, which may include working during U.S. holidays

Pay Details: $22.12 per hour
