Our client is looking for an experienced Oracle APEX Developer to support the delivery of secure, scalable enterprise applications.

The successful candidate will have strong Oracle APEX development experience, advanced PL/SQL skills, and experience building responsive, user-focused applications with integrated APIs and AI-enabled capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using Oracle APEX.
• Build responsive and mobile-friendly applications, including Progressive Web Applications.
• Develop and integrate secure RESTful APIs using Oracle REST Data Services.
• Deliver Back End functionality using advanced PL/SQL.
• Use JavaScript to support dynamic UI functionality and asynchronous API integrations.
• Support the development of AI-enabled applications using RAG architectures and LLM integration patterns.
• Work with Oracle database technologies, including Autonomous Database and Autonomous Data Warehouse.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, distributed teams, and third-party vendors.
• Follow secure application design principles and SDLC best practices.

Required Skills and Experience

• Expert-level Oracle APEX development experience.
• Strong experience with ORDS, RESTful APIs, and secure API endpoint development.
• Advanced PL/SQL development skills.
• Strong full-stack or Back End development experience.
• Good JavaScript experience, particularly around API integrations and dynamic UI development.
• Experience developing responsive, user-focused application interfaces.
• Experience with AI capabilities, RAG architectures, and LLM integration patterns.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, JIRA, and Kanban delivery environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of cloud security best practices.

Desirable Skills

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure experience.
• AI agent orchestration, prompt/context management, or agentic workflow development.
• Oracle Machine Learning experience.
• CI/CD and DevOps practices.
