Role: Oracle Data Migration Developer
Contract: 6 months
Engagement: Umbrella or PAYE
Location: Hybrid - 3 days onsite (Cambridge)

Overview
We are seeking an Oracle Data Migration Developer with approximately 5 years + experience to support delivery of large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programmes. You will play a key role in designing and delivering data migration and ETL solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Oracle Cloud ERP data migration and ETL solutions
• Develop, maintain and optimise ETL processes (extract, transform, load)
• Perform data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation
• Define technical architecture across integrations, reporting, and security
• Support system design, release management, and integration delivery
• Facilitate workshops and drive technical design decisions
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and deliverables

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong Oracle Cloud ERP experience, with a focus on data migration and ETL
• Proven experience across full implementation life cycles (end-to-end)
• Hands-on ETL development experience (data extraction, transformation, loading)
• Expertise in at least one area: data migration, integrations (OIC), reporting, or extensions
• Experience working in cloud-based environments vs on-premise
• Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP architecture and delivery methodologies
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and lead workshops

Desirable

• Oracle certifications (eg OIC, OCI Architect, Analytics tools)
• Experience across multiple industry sectors

Professional Skills

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
