Job Description & SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Test Manager to lead the testing strategy and delivery for a large-scale Oracle Human Capital Management implementation. The role will be responsible for ensuring the quality, integrity, and successful validation of the end-to-end solution across all HCM modules.
The Test Manager will define and govern the test approach, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure alignment with programme timelines, business requirements, and quality standards.
In Oracle human capital at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Oracle human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Oracle HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.
