Customer Service - Order Entry Specialist Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $16.50-$17/hr.
Location: Louisa, VA (Fully Onsite)

Pay Details: $16.50 to $17.00 per hour

What You'll Do
- Monitor and manage inbound customer orders
- Accurately enter orders into Sage, ensuring 100% accuracy and alignment with customer purchase orders
- Process order changes, updates, and special requests
- Coordinate new part number setups and pricing requests when needed
- Maintain organized and detailed order records
- Answer inbound calls and provide professional customer support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Orders entered accurately and completely
- Same-day processing for orders received before lunch
- Customer inquiries responded to within 24 hours
- Strong record retention and documentation
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong typing skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Sage, SAP, SAP S/4HANA, or EDI systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
