What You'll Do:

As an Operations Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth front office operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Onboarding & Reviews: Assist in the administration of client onboardings and periodic reviews, working closely with Relationship Managers and other internal teams.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records to support business continuity and operational efficiency.
  • Coordination: Liaise with various internal stakeholders to monitor progress against deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate operational setups.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate effectively to resolve operational issues and escalate concerns as necessary.
  • Customer Fulfillment: Support customer requests and assist the Oversight & Control team with ad hoc tasks.
