Parts Sales Advisor

Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Parts Sales Advisor to join our long-standing client based in Raynesway, Derby. Our client specialises in the distribution of automotive parts across the UK and is looking to expand their busy sales team with an experienced and customer-focused individual.

This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a Parts Sales Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has previous experience within automotive parts sales. The successful candidate will have experience using Kerridge, ADP or Keyloop systems, alongside strong customer service and telephone-based sales skills.

Your Role

As a Parts Sales Advisor, your duties will include:

• Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
• Assisting customers with parts enquiries, quotations, and orders
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems
• Updating customers on product availability, offers, and promotions
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Working closely with the sales and administration teams
• Building strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Meeting performance targets and deadlines set by management
• Using Kerridge, ADP or Keyloop systems to process customer orders and enquiries

Requirements

• Previous automotive parts sales experience - essential
• Experience using Kerridge, ADP or Keyloop - essential
• Experience working within a high-volume call environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Automotive or parts industry knowledge

Pay & Shifts

• £12.76 per hour
• Monday - Friday
• 08:30 - 17:00
• Temp-to-perm opportunity
