To support the records management function by accurately scanning, indexing, safeguarding, and filing operational paperwork, files, and records in accordance with record retention policies and regulatory requirements. Supports organizational payment and deposit functions in the areas of electronic services, card services, fraud prevention, and quality assurance activities. Completes all projects and assignments timely and in accordance with established procedures, internal controls, and compliance standards.
What You'll DoIn this role, you'll support both records management and payment operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless member experience.
Hybrid role with a combination of in-office and remote work. Must be able to travel to branches as needed.
