We have partnered with our client in their search for a Payments Technical Analyst to support delivery across financial crime and customer service operations within a payments environment.
This role is focused on technical implementation rather than regulatory interpretation, working across operations, engineering, and product teams, with strong exposure to payments investigations, workflows, and customer outcomes. Open Banking experience is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements across payments, financial crime, and customer support
- Translate business needs into technical and functional specifications
- Partner with engineering teams on implementation and delivery
- Support payments investigations, incident analysis, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with customer service teams to improve processes and tooling
- Assist with UAT, defect tracking, and production support
Must Have Experience
- Proven experience in payments within financial services
- Strong background in technical analysis / system implementation
- Exposure to financial crime processes (e.g. monitoring, investigations)
- Experience supporting customer service operations in payments
- Experience with APIs / integrations
