Payroll Officer Stratford Upon Avon 9 month contract

One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Payroll Officer.

Location Stratford upon Avon contract is for 5 days per week with 1 day per week in the Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire office

Duration 9 months

Day Rate £150 175 per day Inside IR35

Experience/Role:

Payroll processing experience, including inputting new starters and finalising leavers

Experience of using payroll systems such as Resourcelink or SAP or similar

The ability to manually calculate SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP, PAYE, holiday and NI accurately

Up to date understanding of tax coding and HRMC legislative requirements

Experience and the ability to deal with benefit, salary sacrifice schemes and third-party payments

Reconciling payroll at year-end including P35s, P14s and P11ds

Strong customer service focus coupled with strong numerical and data input skills

Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
