Personalised Offer Manager - Fully remote

Our client, a nationwide retailer is looking for a Personalised Offer Manager to lead the design, delivery and optimisation of personalised offers for the launch and growth of their loyalty programme.

Must have personalised offers experience!

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and optimisation of one-to-one and one-to-few personalised offers
• Define offer mechanics, targeting and eligibility rules to maximise engagement and ROI
• Own day-to-day offer design, working with data science, CRM and martech teams
• Partner with commercial and trading teams on offer funding, forecasting and governance
• Utilise offer engine, decisioning and NBA technologies to deliver personalisation at scale
• Track and optimise performance, embedding learning and best practice across the programme

What we're looking for

• Experience leading personalised offers within a loyalty or CRM environment
• Strong understanding of offer mechanics and commercial levers
• Experience working with offer engines, decisioning or NBA tools
• Commercial mindset, comfortable balancing customer value, cost and ROI
• Confident operating in a fast-paced retail environment with senior stakeholders
