Pharma IT Program Manager (ERP)

IT Program Manager (EDS) requires: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or a related field, PMP (or similar certification), and has a proven track record delivering ERP and financial transformation programs. Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and leading large-scale programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies is required. Requires close coordination with project managers and business relationship managers across the program to align on scope, schedule, and resourcing. IT Program Manager (EDS) duties: Lead a strategic ERP financial transformation initiative focused on modernizing and optimizing core finance systems and processes. Owns roadmap development, program delivery and governance, and execution. Lead cross-functional teams through complex program lifecycles, ensuring alignment with finance operating models, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards. Manage program scope, communicating risks and mitigation plans, and providing regular updates to IT and finance stakeholders.
