The RoleAs a Planning Technician, you'll be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing a high volume of reactive and customer-driven work, including repairs and streetworks activity.
You'll act as the central point of contact between field teams, customers, and key stakeholders-ensuring work is prioritised effectively, delivered in line with SLAs, and communicated clearly throughout.
This is a fast-paced, operational environment where no two days are the same, and the ability to balance competing priorities is essential.
