Job Title: Planview Solution ArchitectLocation: New York, NY (Hybrid - onsite Tuesday-Thursday)
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension/Conversion)

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Planview Solution Architect to join a dynamic team supporting enterprise-level initiatives. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing Planview solutions while partnering closely with business, finance, and IT stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings strong solution architecture expertise combined with deep project/program management experience, along with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and design tailored Planview solutions
- Develop and present technical proposals, including architecture diagrams, to business and technical audiences
- Lead and support implementation and integration of Planview solutions across enterprise systems
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption
- Provide technical administration and solution architecture support for Planview (SaaS platform)
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Scrum calls
- Develop and maintain documentation, including:
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Work Instructions
- Training materials
- Contribute to knowledge management by creating, updating, and retiring documentation and knowledge articles
- Drive optimal use of Planview platforms to improve stakeholder satisfaction, process maturity, and cost efficiency
- Ensure alignment with governance standards and industry best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in solution architecture, project/program management, or related roles
- Proven expertise with Planview (Portfolios, Enterprise Architecture, and AgilePlace)
- Experience with at least three full-cycle Planview implementations
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Solid knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and best practices
- Experience with project portfolio management (PPM) tools
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with enterprise system integrations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within financial services or other regulated industries
- Planview or related technical certifications
