Functional Delivery Support

  • Support testing, validation and UAT activities to ensure delivered functionality meets business expectations

Data, Documentation & Governance

  • Identify any data migration needs related to your capability area
  • Ensure documentation remains clear, structured and up to date
  • Support compliance with programme governance and delivery standards

Skills & Experience

  • Comfortable leading workshops, discussions and requirement walkthroughs
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence or similar tools

Desirable

  • Experience with Teamcenter or other major PLM systems
  • Exposure to MBSE, digital thread concepts or engineering system methodologies
  • Understanding of organisational change management principles
  • Experience working in large-scale transformation programmes

Personal Attributes

  • Confident communicator able to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Self-starter capable of working independently as a business Proxy
  • Structured, detail-oriented and comfortable in fast-moving environments
  • Collaborative and proactive in resolving blockers and driving clarity
