Genesis10 is currently seeking a PMO Leader for an Onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in New York, NY. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

We are seeking an accomplished and highly influential PMO leader to oversee strategic portfolio delivery within a Front Office Investment Banking environment. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology executives, driving execution of high-profile transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience operating within global investment banking organizations and has a proven track record of leading enterprise-scale programs that drive business growth, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and technology modernization.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a portfolio of large-scale strategic initiatives supporting Front Office business objectives and enterprise transformation efforts
  • Partner with business and technology leadership to define strategic roadmaps, execution plans, and measurable success criteria
  • Drive complex cross-functional programs spanning Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Regulatory functions
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Managing Directors, Heads of Business, Front Office executives, and senior technology leadership
  • Lead executive steering committees, governance forums, and strategic planning sessions
  • Lead and mature a centralized PMO function supporting multiple strategic initiatives and business priorities
  • Manage large-scale program budgets, investment portfolios, and strategic funding initiatives
  • Drive execution within complex environments characterized by evolving priorities, aggressive timelines, and significant executive scrutiny
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and accountability across program teams
Requirements:
  • 12 years of progressive experience in Program Management, Portfolio Management, PMO Leadership, or Enterprise Transformation
  • Extensive experience within Front Office investment banking environments
  • Proven success leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives across one or more of the following domains: Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Trading, Equities, Fixed Income, Prime Brokerage, Wealth Management, Asset Management
  • Demonstrated experience managing portfolios and programs with significant executive visibility and organizational impact
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at the Managing Director, Executive Director, Partner, and C-suite levels
  • Deep understanding of investment banking operating models, front-office workflows, governance frameworks, and business processes
  • Strong financial management experience, including budget oversight, forecasting, investment governance, and benefits realization
  • Exceptional communication, executive presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in highly demanding, fast-paced, and politically complex environments
Desired Skills:
  • Experience within global Tier 1 investment banking institutions
  • Background supporting front-office technology, trading platforms, electronic trading, or capital markets transformation initiatives
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks impacting investment banking and capital markets organizations
  • Experience leading enterprise PMO organizations and managing teams of Program Managers and Project Managers
  • PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Lean Portfolio Management, SAFe, or equivalent certifications
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Pay range: $113.24 - $121.24 per hour
