Overview

MS Dynamics and PowerApps Developers are required for a CRM transformation project with a government agency. This initiative aims to replace existing manual processes by introducing a new Customer Relationship Management system. The Alpha phase will deliver core functionality in two business areas, followed by a Beta phase to deploy a production-ready CRM solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365-based CRM applications
- Design, build, and deploy PowerApps solutions and automated workflows with Power Automate
- Integrate CRM solutions with Azure services and ensure DevOps practices are adhered to
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive technical documentation of all delivered components
- Apply engineering and security best practices throughout development
- Support testing and contribute to Alpha and Beta phase delivery cycles

Essential Skills:

- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong experience with Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate
- Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Experience producing accurate technical documentation
- Familiarity with Microsoft engineering best practices
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
