Procurement Analyst

Analyze spend, contract, and supplier data to identify cost-saving opportunities and trends Develop dashboards and reporting tools to support sourcing strategies and executive decision-making Track KPIs related to supplier performance, compliance, and savings realization Sourcing & Category Support Support RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, including documentation, bid analysis, and data collection Evaluate suppliers based on pricing, service quality, and risk factors Contribute to category management planning and supplier optimization initiatives Contract Management Maintain accurate records of supplier agreements and contracts Assist with renewals, extensions, and compliance tracking Partner with legal and internal stakeholders to ensure policy alignment Process Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance procurement processes and reporting automation Support implementation of new systems and analytics tools Contribute to best practice development across the sourcing function Stakeholder & Supplier Engagement Collaborate with internal business partners to understand sourcing priorities Support supplier relationship management initiatives to drive performance and innovation Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience Experience within a professional services environment strongly preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with contract management systems, ERP platforms, enterprise reporting, and procure-to-pay systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated with strong ownership mentality and commitment to customer service
