Job Description:
We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our team supporting our National Office. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analysis, supplier onboarding, contract management, and procurement administration and a proven ability to optimize spend, drive cost savings, and manage competitive bid processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. This role will work in an office setting and follow a hybrid schedule after training.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in competitive bid processes, including RFP coordination, bid evaluation, and data analysis.
- Purchase goods and services and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Perform bid analysis, reporting, and benchmarking for internal partners.
- Analyze organizational spend data to identify optimization and cost reduction opportunities.
- Maintain reports and metrics to track procurement performance against targets.
- Assist in management of the supplier master database and vendor setup.
- Support creation, implementation, and maintenance of the contract management system.
- Monitor and respond to the procurement mailbox and provide administrative support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in a Windows environment with emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines under time constraints.
- Ability to apply critical thinking to solve problems and improve processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials and Purchasing.
- Background in procurement, contract management, or supplier onboarding.

- Hybrid role after training
- Pay $24/hr.
