Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with active SC clearance to join a high-impact programme delivering critical digital services within a secure environment. Role Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for key digital products
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, delivery, stakeholders)
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
• Prioritise backlogs and ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and communicate progress
• Use data-driven insights to guide decisions and improve product outcomes
• Champion Agile/Scrum practices and continuous improvement

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in agile environments
• Active SC clearance (essential)
• Strong experience delivering digital products/services, ideally within public sector or regulated industries
• Skilled in stakeholder management and communication
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Ability to balance technical understanding with business priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desirable

• Experience working on government or GDS-aligned programmes
• Familiarity with secure or sensitive environments
• Knowledge of user-centred design principles
