We are seeking a Grade 7 Product Manager to drive the
delivery and evolution of Value Servicing capabilities across digital and agent assisted channels. This role is accountable for translating product strategy into clear, actionable requirements and ensuring high quality execution across complex servicing platforms.
The Product Owner plays a critical role in enabling how customers
see, receive, and redeem value throughout their journey. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and CX teams, this PO ensures value delivery capabilities are
scalable, reliable, and intuitive -turning customer value from a static benefit into a seamless servicing experience.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Vision Ownership
- Act as Product Owner for one or more agile development teams supporting value servicing capabilities.
- Formulate and communicate the business vision for assigned products and capabilities.
- Translate business and commercial objectives into clear, actionable technical requirements , epics, features, and user stories.
- Ensure the product vision is well understood by engineering teams and aligns with enterprise servicing and value strategies.
Roadmap & Prioritization
- Build and maintain an executable product roadmap that balances business value, timing needs, and development complexity.
- Drive prioritization decisions and trade offs to maximize customer and operational outcomes.
- Ensure roadmap sequencing accounts for platform dependencies, cross team impacts, and delivery constraints.
Commercial & Cross Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for development requests related to assigned products.
- Collaborate cross divisionally with Commercial, Operations, CX, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
- Work closely with other agile development teams to understand interdependencies and integration points .
- Maintain a strong understanding of how servicing engines and platforms fit into the broader commercial ecosystem .
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
- Proven experience managing complex processes or systems .
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
- Experience converting business needs into clear technical or functional requirements .
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business partners and technical teams.
- Comfort operating in a fast paced, cross functional Agile environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow through.
- Consistently prioritizes safety, security, and responsible handling of customer data.
- Embraces diverse perspectives and ways of working.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age with authorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree with a preferred major in a quantitative discipline such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.
- Combination of at least 3 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:
- Revenue Management or Commercial Strategy
- Internal or External Customer Channels
- Project or Delivery Management
- Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum delivery model as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
