- Interpret and follow detailed verbal and written instructions to produce high-quality, dimensionally precise parts
- Inspect finished parts to verify adherence to specified tolerances and surface finish standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, strictly following safety protocols and procedures
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of machining experience or hold NIMS certification
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Capable of lifting and handling objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
