Production Manager - Digital SVOD Social Advertising

Location: West London

Working Pattern: Hybrid - 4 Days Per Week Onsite

Rate to Umbrella: 350 - 443 Per Day (Inside IR35)

Contract Length: 6 Months (w/ Potential Extension)

Production Manager working with a globally recognised entertainment and streaming video company in West London. The Digital Production Manager will be working for the in-house creative team, supporting advertising sales and brand partnerships across streaming, digital and sports platforms. Looking for similar experience managing production of SVOD, digital and social advertising assets with blue-chip brand experience, ideally Sports.

The Role

The role would lead execution of all internal creative and production elements to deliver brand partnerships, including sponsorship idents, tagged trailers, social assets, podcasts and custom branded content.

Optimising existing processes, this role would be expected to develop our creative offering, working with both internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver best in class opportunities.

There may be a requirement to organise, brief and attend production shoots, including managing talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all production management and execution for Advertising partnerships, including sponsorship idents, tagged tune-ins, social and custom content.
  • Managing process, timelines and creative sign off with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Optimising processes and workflows and creative development.
  • Updating guidelines, external collateral, legal and compliance changes
  • Overseeing third party vendors, including contracting and payments
  • Work with trade marketing team on case studies and creative examples
  • Campaign management of branded content deals across the Digital Network, including sports partnerships.
  • Managing scheduling, optimising campaign delivery, tracking and reporting.
  • Managing production shoots, talent onboarding, budgets, etc
  • Creative and strategic resource for sponsorship and partnership opportunities

Experience Required

  • Strong Production Manager experience including similar experience managing production of SVOD, digital and social advertising assets with blue-chip brand experience, ideally Sports.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Creative thinker with strong understanding of the media landscape
  • Experience working with Blue Chip companies
  • Experience executing branded content
  • Experience executing sports content - strongly preferred
  • Process driven with experience working in time pressure environment.
  • Self-motivated and confident to work with minimal supervision
