Our client, a leader in fleet operations and vehicle management, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Fleet Operations Program Management team supporting vehicle configuration, maintenance, and repair processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $48 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Ensure vehicle fleets are correctly configured for their intended use and develop processes for continuous monitoring and reconfiguration.
  • Lead and manage the prompt resolution of open rework containment tasks, coordinating with engineering teams and technicians.
  • Maintain high fleet uptime to maximize revenue and testing throughput of research and development fleets.
  • Create and oversee the maintenance and repair process flow, developing KPIs to monitor and improve efficiency.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies, working collaboratively to implement solutions that enhance overall service quality.
