Project Coordinator (Admin Support)
Rate: £250 per day
Location: UK (occasional site visit - Warwickshire)
Contract: Initial 3 months (extension likely)

Overview
We are looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator to support a complex cost transformation programme spanning multiple projects.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination, tracking, and execution across 10-12 concurrent initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track actions, tasks, and dependencies across projects
- Support coordination across multiple workstreams
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status updates
- Ensure follow-ups are completed and deadlines are met
- Assist programme leads with administrative and operational support
- Bring structure and organisation to a fast-moving environment
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO, or administrative role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage high volumes of detail and actions
- Comfortable working across multiple parallel projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
