Project Manager Pricing (FAR 12 / FAR 15)

Our client, a global leader in aerospace and advanced manufacturing, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Commercial Excellence Government End Use Pricing organization supporting the Pricing Team and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager Pricing (FAR 12 / FAR 15) Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-site) Pay Range: $70.00/hr (5-month contract) Shift: 1st shift (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

What's the Job?

• Lead and oversee special pricing projects for Government End Use Pricing
• Re-price FAR 12 and FAR 15 cost proposals using labor and material estimates
• Manage and mentor a team of pricing analysts to ensure timely and accurate proposal delivery
• Identify and mitigate pricing risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including participation in Big Room Planning sessions

What's Needed?

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial management, pricing, or related roles
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Solid understanding of program/project management methodologies
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible status per export compliance)
