On behalf of our globally respected client who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planet's vital power needs we are looking for a Project Manager (End User Services) for a 12 Month contract based in Derby (2 days per week on-site).

The Role & Responsibilities:

End User Services Project Manager will join a high-performing IT function responsible for delivering and improving the technology that employees interact with daily.

This role sits within the End User Services (EUS) tower, managing a portfolio of projects spanning collaboration platforms, Citrix environments, communication tooling and end user device services. The successful candidate will be responsible for running 3-4 concurrent projects at any given time, driving them from mobilisation through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accept and shape business requirements into clearly defined, mobilised projects

  • Manage a portfolio of 3-4 concurrent End User Services projects

  • Lead delivery across projects including (but not limited to):

    • Citrix upgrades and roadmap initiatives

    • Laptop and desktop rollouts/technology refreshes

    • Mobile device deployments

    • Microsoft Teams and collaboration tooling upgrades

    • SharePoint migrations

    • Communication and unified collaboration tool migrations

    • Office IT refreshes and facilities-related technology improvements

  • Manage third-party suppliers and vendors, ensuring performance and delivery against agreed milestones

  • Own RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and ensure mitigation plans are in place

  • Monitor and control project budgets (capital and operational expenditure)

  • Manage change control processes and quality assurance reviews

  • Coordinate deliverable acceptance and stakeholder sign-off

  • Provide clear, structured reporting to senior stakeholders and executive leadership

  • Manage escalations effectively across internal and external stakeholders

Key Accountabilities, Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience delivering End User Services/Workplace Technology projects

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects within a portfolio environment

  • Strong background in collaboration and communication tooling, including:

    • Microsoft Teams

    • SharePoint

    • Unified Communications platforms

    • Citrix environments

  • Experience delivering device rollout programmes (laptops, mobiles, refresh cycles)

  • Strong third-party supplier and vendor management experience

  • Confident managing senior stakeholders and operating at higher management level

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Demonstrable experience of driving projects through to completion
