Project Manager - Identity & Access Management (IAM)

We're currently supporting a global organisation on the implementation of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of this business critical programme. Working across Security, IT, HR and business stakeholders, you'll be responsible for coordinating project delivery, managing stakeholders, driving business readiness, and ensuring the successful adoption of new Identity & Access Management processes.
Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of a large scale SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks and key milestones.
- Coordinate technical and business workstreams across multiple stakeholders.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness.
- Support training, deployment, cutover and go live activities.
- Monitor project progress, risks and overall programme delivery.
- Ensure successful adoption of new IAM processes and governance controls.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise technology projects.
- Experience working on Identity & Access Management (IAM) programmes.
- Previous experience delivering or supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with Security, IT and business teams within complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
- PRINCE2, PMP or Agile certification.
- Change Management certification (Prosci, APMG or similar).
