OUTSIDE IR35 - Project Manager - eCommerce/Digital Retail experience essential. 3 days a week onsite in London.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale digital retail and customer-facing platform programmes for a major transformation initiative based in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused Project Manager with a strong track record in eCommerce, transactional websites, mobile apps, and digital customer journeys to play a key role in a high-profile programme.

Essential Experience

• Strong eCommerce background, preferably across transactional websites/apps with complex product sets, checkout flows, and customer account functionality
• Experience delivering digital retail and customer-facing platforms at scale
• Experience leading migration, consolidation, or transformation programmes involving multiple systems, brands, or platforms
• Managing integrated project plans, RAID logs, governance, reporting, and delivery milestones
• Strong stakeholder management across senior business, technology, and third-party supplier teams
• Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
• Ability to manage pace, ambiguity, and complex dependencies

Nice to Have

• Experience within the Rail/Transport sector
• Exposure to ticketing, booking, reservation, or travel retail platforms
• Experience working within regulated or public sector environments
