Location: London/Hampshire/Gloucester (Hybrid)-2 days a week in the office
Contract Length: 12 months
Rate: £525 per day outside ir35

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the rollout and upgrade of an Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) system. This role will involve managing a complex delivery landscape, including multiple third-party vendors, system integrations, and the decommissioning of Legacy platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of an Oracle CPQ rollout and upgrade programme
• Manage multiple third-party vendors and delivery partners
• Oversee the decommissioning of Legacy systems and transition to the new CPQ platform
• Ensure successful integration with:
• PIM system (Syndigo)
• ERP system (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations)
• Drive project governance, planning, risk management, and reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, and external partners
• Ensure delivery is aligned with timelines, budget, and quality standards

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex system implementations
• Ideally, prior experience with Oracle CPQ rollouts or similar CPQ platforms
• Strong experience managing multiple third-party vendors and stakeholders
• Experience delivering system integrations, particularly with:
• PIM systems (eg, Syndigo or similar)
• ERP platforms (preferably Dynamics 365 F&O)
• Demonstrated experience in Legacy system decommissioning
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong organisational and risk management capabilities
• Experience within large-scale digital transformation programmes
• Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Background in commercial, pricing, or sales systems
