Project Manager - Secure Estates, NEC4, CDM 2015
Location: Milton Keynes area (Hybrid - 3 days onsite).Commutable locations include Northampton, Bedford, Luton, Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead, Watford, St Albans, Oxford, Cambridge (edge commutable), Reading, and Coventry.
Rate: £515 per day (Inside IR35)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced DV Cleared (or eligible) Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of estates and security-focused projects. This is a high-impact role where customer satisfaction, delivery excellence, and strong governance are key.
You will manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Essential Skills and Experience
Active DV Clearance or eligibility to obtain
Proven experience delivering projects up to £5m
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, APM or equivalent)
Hands-on experience with MS Project or MS Project Online
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong background in risk and issue management
Experience with budget management from a supplier perspective
Demonstrated ability in planning, prioritisation, and control
Knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations and project health and safety responsibilities
Experience managing NEC4 or equivalent construction contracts
Understanding of global logistics processes
Strong stakeholder and customer management skills with a customer-centric approach
MoR (Management of Risk) accreditation
APM accreditation or membership
Experience within estates, infrastructure, or security environments
