Role Profile

Are you a proactive and inquisitive individual with a knack for enhancing property management systems? We are seeking a Property Systems Specialist to support the Living Property Management (LLPM) system landscape.

This role is pivotal in delivering the LLPM scope, ensuring a successful rollout across the business, and supporting our ambitious growth plans.

Key Accountabilities:

• Process and System Improvements:Implement improvements that streamline operations for our teams, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
• Reporting Management:Manage reporting requirements and develop ad hoc reports to meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Configuration and Optimization:Configure and optimize modules across our property management system stack to ensure seamless functionality.
• Supplier Collaboration:Work closely with software suppliers on complex configurations and enhancements to maximize system performance.
• Support and Troubleshooting:Assist in testing, releases, and troubleshooting while addressing end-user queries promptly.
• Data Integrity Maintenance:Maintain the integrity of data, workflows, user roles, and configuration documentation to uphold system reliability.

Skills & Experience:

• Property Management Systems:Proven experience using property management systems such as MRI, Yardi, or RealPage. A strong understanding of property, lease, finance, or compliance processes is essential.
• Analytical Mindset:A curious and analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly and apply that knowledge effectively.
• Collaboration:Comfortable collaborating with suppliers, technical teams, and business users to drive improvements and resolve issues.
• Ticketing Tools:Familiarity with ticketing tools like Jira is beneficial but not essential.
• System Modules Knowledge:Exposure to MRI Qube, SLM, Engage/TAP, or similar system modules will be advantageous.
• Integration Exposure:Experience with system integrations, workflow design, or API-based processes is a plus.
