As a Quality Analyst, you will drive our quality and performance standards, providing guidance and direction to team members using client guidelines and risk assessment processes. You will support the operation through Quality audits, analysis, and coaching, working with Team Leads to ensure individual support meets internal targets. Your key focus will be to assess and improve Quality scores and processes across the operation, collaborating closely with management and the client to support performance management and team member development.
This role involves supporting and developing team members at all levels, working closely with the Training and Quality teams to drive operational improvement through innovation and creative thinking.
