Specific Job Details:
  • Contract: Permanent, including remote/hybrid working and requirement to travel to all Centric Health practices nationwide
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 08:30am to 17:00pm)
  • Commencement Date: As soon as possible
  • Salary Range: €45,000 to €50,000 per annum
  • Direct Report: Director of Quality, Safety & Risk
Job Purpose:
  • Support the development and implementation of quality improvement programmes and initiatives.
  • Assist services in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing evidence-based solutions.
  • Facilitate quality improvement projects using recognised methodologies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

Position Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data management systems.

  • Experience with risk management software and incident reporting systems.
  • Experience supporting external regulatory inspections.

Desirable Qualifications/Skills:
  • Degree in Healthcare, Health Service Management, Quality Management, Risk Management, Business, Nursing, or a related discipline.
  • Qualification or training in Quality Improvement, Risk Management, Patient Safety, Governance, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with an Accreditation standard

Other Duties: As deemed appropriate by direct manager.

Performance Review: Supervision provided through regular meetings. Performance review at 3 & 6 months, then at annual review date.
