Strong knowledge of formulation science and excipient functionality. Experience developing oral solid dosage forms and/or liquid nutraceuticals. Excellent analytical thinking, scientific writing, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and project management skills.Preferred Experience with formulation scale-up and commercial manufacturing. Knowledge of vitamins, minerals, botanical extracts, probiotics, amino acids, enzymes, and specialty nutraceutical ingredients. Experience with stability testing, analytical interpretation, and shelf-life studies.
