About the role:

The Recruiter (BPO) role at AspenView will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing recruitment strategies for high-volume tech and sales roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technical and non-technical positions, excellent communication skills (English & Spanish), and the ability to engage with both local and international talent. This role requires a high level of professionalism, a proactive approach to sourcing, and the capacity to manage a large volume of candidates across multiple job requisitions.


What you will do:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume roles, with a focus on tech and sales positions.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and match skills to job requirements.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and job requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates, ensuring a robust pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment performance, identify trends, and make data-driven improvements.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and compliance regulations to ensure effective recruitment strategies.


What you bring:

  • Fluent in English (C1 level or higher). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within the tech or services industries.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Experience managing outsourcing projects and high-volume hiring initiatives
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) ideally Rippling, and other recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving and talent acquisition.
