About the OpportunityYou'll be joining a specialist recruitment firm that partners with leading banks, investment firms and financial consultancies. This is a high-responsibility position where you'll manage your own accounts, source talent, negotiate offers and consistently contribute to the team's revenue.

What the Role Involves- Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs
- Proactively headhunting and approaching skilled financial professionals
- Managing interviews, preparing candidates and overseeing the full hiring process
- Prospecting for new business opportunities through outbound activity
- Working to revenue targets and earning commission on placements
- Developing your own client base and building a profitable recruitment desk
What We're Looking For- At least 6 months' experience in sales, business development or another commercial role
- Confident communication skills and the ability to influence decision-makers
- A competitive, goal-driven mindset
- Strong organisation and the ability to work at speed
- Resilience - the confidence to keep going when things get challenging
- A genuine interest in building a career within financial services recruitment
A degree is an advantage but not essential.
