Regional Director of Sales & Marketing - London

London NW1 (hybrid)6-month contract£399.40 per day

We're looking for a Regional Director of Sales & Marketing to come in on an interim basis and take ownership of sales performance across a London region.

This is a hands-on leadership role - you'll be managing regional sales teams, working with agents, and making sure developments are hitting targets from launch through to completion.

The role:

• Oversee all regional sales activity (private sale + shared ownership)
• Manage and drive performance across sales teams and external agents
• Keep a close handle on targets, forecasts and reporting
• Work closely with development, land and marketing teams
• Support launches, pricing strategies and overall sales approach
• Step in and steady/drive performance where needed

What they need:

• Solid background in new build / property sales at senior level
• Comfortable managing teams and holding people to account
• Track record of delivering against targets
• Good feel for the London / UK housing market
• Able to come in and make an impact quickly

Experience with shared ownership is helpful but not essential.
