Remote ServiceNow BPM Analyst ITSM & CMDB Expert

A recruitment agency is seeking a remote SC Cleared ServiceNow Business Process Consultant/Analyst to optimize ITSM processes and ensure best practices on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves leading reassessment initiatives and defining functional requirements to drive adoption of solutions. Strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform and ITIL processes is essential. This is an initial 6-week contract with pay between £350-540 per day, depending on experience.
