Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Compliance Analyst II to support pharmaceutical traceability and regulatory compliance under the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) . This role focuses on investigating and resolving product tracking exceptions within a serialized drug supply chain environment. The analyst will work in a high-volume, fast-paced compliance setting to ensure pharmaceutical product movement is accurately tracked, verified, and compliant across manufacturers, wholesalers, and downstream partners. This is a fully remote opportunity available in the U.S. Compensation & Benefits $32.61 per hour paid biweekly Full-time eligibility benefits after 90 days 401(k) with company match after 1 year Contract role with potential for permanent hire based on performance, attendance, and business needs Schedule Monday-Friday, standard business hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM OR 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (based on business needs) Key Responsibilities Monitor and resolve drug serialization and traceability exceptions using the TraceLink SCWM platform Investigate discrepancies in product tracking data and ensure resolution within required compliance timelines Collaborate with manufacturers, wholesalers, and internal operations teams to resolve shipment and data integrity issues Escalate unresolved traceability issues to appropriate trading partners Manage and support resolution of quarantined or blocked pharmaceutical inventory Maintain and update SOPs, compliance documentation, and knowledge management materials Assist with training internal and external stakeholders on DSCSA compliance requirements and exception handling processes Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance traceability workflows and system efficiency Prepare reports and summaries using Excel and PowerPoint for operational and compliance stakeholders Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (verified) Associate's degree required (Bachelor's preferred) 3+ years of experience in supply chain, healthcare, retail operations, analytics, or regulated environments Experience working with high-volume case queues, ticketing systems, or investigation workflows Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make decisions under time-sensitive compliance requirements Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to interpret and follow detailed compliance procedures and documentation Strong attention to detail in regulated or audit-heavy environments Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with TraceLink or other serialization/traceability platforms Knowledge of DSCSA regulations or pharmaceutical supply chain operations Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools Basic SQL or database query experience Experience building reporting tools, templates, or process workflows Background in compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory operations What Makes a Strong Candidate This role is ideal for someone who enjoys: Investigating data issues and solving complex system discrepancies Working in compliance-driven, regulated environments Managing multiple priorities and high-volume work queues Collaborating across internal teams and external partners Ensuring accuracy in mission-critical pharmaceutical tracking systems
