Assignment Length: 6-month fixed term (With a view to go permanent after 6 months)

The RoleWe're seeking a Rentals Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales growth. You'll help customers find the right rental solution, manage reservations and agreements, and promote add-on services to enrich the rental experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and recommend tailored rental options
• Conduct vehicle inspections and complete accurate documentation
• Process reservations, agreements, and payments
• Clearly explain terms, conditions, and insurance coverage
• Promote add-on services to improve customer experience
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with the team on fleet availability and maintenance
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
