Working Hours: Up to 48 hours per week (shift-based, Monday to Sunday - shifts range from 8 to 12 hours)

Responsibilities

• Maintain security and safety within the retail environment.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular patrols of the premises.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, ensuring a swift and professional resolution.
• Assist customers and staff, fostering a safe and welcoming shopping experience.
• Deter theft, vandalism, and other unlawful behaviour through a visible and professional security presence.
• Complete incident and activity reports accurately and on time.
• Follow all company and site-specific procedures, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and security regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid PSA Security Licence is essential.
• Minimum of 1 year's experience in retail security.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly with customers, staff, and management.
• Must be available to work across a flexible schedule (Monday to Sunday).
• Ability to work shifts ranging from 8-12 hours per day, up to 48 hours per week.
• Must be able to provide a 5-year verifiable work history.
• Must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland.
